Chris and his crew, (Dan, Eric and Nate) arrived on time to install our new boiler. These guys were great. Very professional and personable. They each had their own individual responsibilities and immediately got to work. They put drop cloths down on the carpet in our finished basement and when they were done did a good job cleaning the room leaving it liked they found it. Chis and Dan worked on installing the boiler making sure each pipe was neatly installed. Nate and Eric were valuable helpers assisting with the install. All these guys took pride in their work and the final product showed it. Thank you guys for a job well done. I would highly recommend this crew and Sullivan Super Service to perform work on your home.

We have used Sullivan for years now. They have done work on our gas lines, sewer trap and installed a new boiler. They are reliable and quick to respond. Their service techs are professional and always explain what’s going on so I learn more about my house. Their office staff is helpful and stays on top of details. I can’t recommend them enough!

Every time the water was turned off we would get a c e l l a r full of water but they came and fixed it and added a drain which in my estimation should have been done in the beginning but they did rectify the problem to our satisfaction and the technician was very knowledgeable and helpful and apologetic

Needed main drain snaked out. Response time was very good. Tim was professional, honest, and personable. He fully explained what he was going to do, possible problems, and how he could minimize any risks. He even invited me to watch while he and his assistant, Casey, worked. They snaked the drain, no problems, and the price was a reasonable $64.I am very pleased.

When John and Jamal came to view my sewer line issue, they were very pleasant and respectful. On such a cold day in a temperature of 10 degrees, they methodically looked for the location of the problem, made an assessment and presented me with an estimate. I told John that his estimate was in the ballpark with the others I recieved. Ultimately I chose another company because the bid was lower for this large project. Honestly, I'm glad I called Sullivan because now that the door has been opened, I'll be more than happy to call them again in the future.

This was the first that I’ve dealt with a plumbing company and it ended up being a great experience. A representative took all of my information whenever I called in and said she’d have someone there by tomorrow (I called late in the afternoon). The representative called me the next day to verify I was still available then called me again when the plumber was on his way. They texted me a picture of the person who would be arriving. Upon arrival Mark and his colleague were pleasant and professional. Mark immediately knew what the issue was and gave me all of my options with pricing. Everything needed to be replaced due to the age of the house but they were able to do it the same day! They cleaned up and put everything back in its place when they were finished. It was as if nothing ever happened. Plumbers or angels? I’d like to think both. I’m so happy to be able to use my kitchen sink again!

Donald Black was absolutely wonderful. He did the furnace inspection, put new filter in and diagnosed the problem with the humidifier. It had stopped working and he knew just what to do. He fixed the humidifier issue. It is working great now! Super Sullivan Service technicians are the best!!

The whole experience was professional as well as educational, starting with Glenn. He thoroughly went through every step and took detailed measurements for the exact heat load we will need. Glenn explained all options without feeling like we were being rushed. A true professional.The next day the crew arrived, with each tech being courteous and professional as well. They made sure we knew there were going to be different smells during the process and that it is perfectly normal. They were conscientious in keeping any debris to a minimum and left the work area spotless as I had a VERY LARGE old Moncreif that needed to be taken apart and brought up from the basement through the kitchen. I was worried that surely they would run into issues due to the house being over 100 years old. Apparently it was seamless and 5 hours later the new system was up and running perfectly. They put all my worries to rest and it was a very positive experience.Thanks Sullivan for bringing us into the 21st Century for our heating needs !You're the best !

Had a problem with my furnace not working properly and called Sullivan they came right out and assessed the problem turns out I needed a new furnace. Glenn Reis came out and gave me an estimate for a new furnace he explained everything to me about what they were going to do and how fast they can get it done they did a wonderful job they sent a technician Chris Cummings and his team they worked really fast to get my new furnace installed everything works great I'm very pleased with the work that they did being that it was one of the coldest day and I would highly recommend Sullivan service to all my friends and family they did a great job.
